Fantastic Canal View and PERFECT location!

The staff were helpful. They offered assistance with my luggage upon arrival. The location is fantastic, very central to everything, A GREAT advantage. My room overlooked the canalwith a gorgeous view. Boats passed right by my window. The bed was comfortable.
The staircase IS steep and narrow, which might be a challenge for some, though I managed fine.

central location and attentive staff
nespresso machine helpful staff
the hotel room was very clean and well equipped i found a nespresso machine with pods readily available. massimo at the front desk was helpful he assisted us with luggage. i stayed in the junior suite and the location proved wonderful.
i found it challenging to fully open the windows in my room because of the sloping ceiling. the stairs were narrow and steep i believe it may not suit everyone. it has no lift.

the location is superb! lots of restaurants and bars surround it. the tram stop is just a minute's walk. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i would definitely return again, it was a pleasure.
my room was quite noisy. it was impossible to sleep well at night because of the noise. i hope the soundproofing improves in the future.
